Why This Role Matters

As Senior Auditor, you will be the cornerstone of Hansen’s global compliance and risk assurance framework. Your audits will ensure adherence to ISO and SOC standards, mitigate risks, and strengthen trust with stakeholders. By challenging assumptions, validating evidence, and driving continuous improvement, you will directly influence Hansen’s ability to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant solutions to customers worldwide.

    • What You’ll Do 
  • Lead and execute internal audits for ISO9001:2015, ISO27001:2022, SOC1, SOC2, and ISAE3402 frameworks. 
  • Develop and implement audit plans across Hansen products, IT systems, and processes. 
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage evidence reviews. 
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations. 
  • Advise management on compliance gaps and risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Conduct awareness sessions and collaborate with global teams for audit readiness.
    • What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/IT/Computer science. 
  • Experience: 7– 8 years in IT audit, compliance, or risk assurance roles.
  • Certifications: CISA, ISO Lead Auditor preferred. 
  • Hands-on experience with ISO27001:2022, SOC1 & SOC2 audits. 
  • Knowledge of ISAE3402 requirements and COSO principles. 
  • Familiarity with ITGC, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks. 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication.
