Job Description
As a Senior Engineer in Automation, you will be responsible for hands-on Automation & Controls supporting a live health and nutrition manufacturing plant, focused on troubleshooting, reliability, and small-to-medium automation improvements. The engineer will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering to improve control system performance & sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support plant operations by troubleshooting automation, instrumentation, and control issues.
- Own small-to-medium automation improvements from concept through implementation.
- Improve reliability, standardization, and documentation of control systems.
- Work closely with process engineers, maintenance, IT/OT, and operators.
- Reduce reliance on external contractors by building in-house capability.
