Senior Automation Engineer

Qualitest is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership qualities. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can quickly contribute, lead automation efforts, and work closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks
  • Implement and execute automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead and guide automation teams, ensuring best practices and standards
  • Work with keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid, and BDD frameworks
  • Coordinate with client Points of Contact (PoCs) and QA managers to:
  • Provide daily progress updates
  • Collect and manage required QA documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Around 5+ years of experience in test automation
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
  • Proven experience in automation framework development and standardization
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD integration
  • Experience working in customer‑facing roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
