**What you'll do**
- Design and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and provide automation solutions.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them through resolution.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automation testing, Selenium, Cypress, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges across various platforms and environments.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**:
- Must be fluent in **English**and willing to work in **EST time zone**.
- Proven expertise in using **Selenium**and **Cypress**for test automation.
- Strong understanding of **test automation frameworks** and best practices.
- Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests using JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Solid experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of cloud testing frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
