Role Summary


The Senior Automation and Controls Engineer position is available for a skilled individual at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Richmond, IN. Responsibilities include providing plant support, troubleshooting expertise, and leading improvement projects to ensure operational, environmental, and safety goals are met. This role involves managing a variety of industrial electrical and control system projects from start to finish, mentoring junior engineers and electricians, and delivering essential training.
