Pay Range: $29hr - $37hr
Responsibilities:
Promote safety first culture. Drive zero test defect culture. Candidate must possess the ability to independently troubleshoot equipment and identify solutions by applying technical expertise and product knowledge. Perform full functional testing including insulation and Hi-Pot testing, I/O verification, cooling system functionality, and performance testing. Drive daily continuous improvement in productivity and product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production. Participate in the development of processes to ensure manufacturability of equipment, product quality, and successful test execution.
