What success looks like in this role:

A Senior Automation Test Engineer for Chatbot Implementation Testing is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to validate AI-based conversational agents, ensuring high-quality user experiences. They specialize in automating NLU/NLP-driven interactions, REST API validation, and integration testing using tools like Python, Typescript and specialized AI testing frameworks. 

Key Responsibilities

·Framework Development: Build and maintain automated test frameworks for chatbots, voice bots, and AI agents.

·Chatbot-Specific Testing: Automate scenarios to test intent recognition, entity extraction, dialog flow management, and NLU accuracy.

·Would be majorly responsible for leading the testing activities the chatbot both in manual and automated tests for various client onboarding and implementations.
