In this role, you will take ownership of 'ready to test' stories, perform both manual and automated tests, including API and parallel testing, and actively contribute to expanding and maintaining our test automation suite. Responsibilities

• Select 'ready to test' stories from the project board for execution
• Conduct manual tests to verify software functionality
• Enhance the existing automation test suite with new test cases
• Build and sustain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript
• Perform parallel and API testing to guarantee thorough test coverage
• Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve defects
• Report test outcomes and issues clearly to the development team
• Apply test design principles and methodologies consistently
• Adapt smoothly to a dynamic, team‑centered work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in test automation
• Hands‑on expertise in test automation using Playwright with TypeScript
• Demonstrated experience with parallel testing and API testing
• Deep understanding of test design principles and methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and professional work ethic
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
• English language proficiency at B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) level

Nice to have

• Strong skills in CSS and locating web elements efficiently
• Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of Cypress.io for automated testing
• Familiarity with Java programming language for testing purposes
