Job Overview

Join Raytheon Australia as a Senior Avionics Technician. You will support the Australian Defence Force’s F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD 4306, working within the Raytheon Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) facility on the Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program (AEASP).

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on avionics components and equipment within ADF Technical and Regulatory airworthiness guidelines.
• Achieve Trade Supervisor authorisation for component and equipment maintenance within Avionics workshops.
• Repair and service repairable items (RI's), subcomponents and ground support equipment (GSE) following Authorised Maintenance Data.
• Modify components or higher assemblies as required.
• Perform functional testing of RI's on Automated Test Equipment (CASS/eCASS).
