About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to oversee and manage our large-scale AWS cloud environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing a diverse infrastructure that includes EC2, RDS, VPNs, Transit Gateways , and other AWS services. This role demands deep AWS knowledge, strong automation and monitoring skills, and close collaboration with DevOps, security, and engineering teams.
As the key owner of our AWS infrastructure, you will ensure reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, and security of our cloud systems, while helping drive infrastructure innovation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a complex AWS environment including:
- EC2 instances (scaling, patching, monitoring)
- RDS databases (configuration, backups, performance tuning)
