Senior AWS Full Stack Engineer – Kodez

Join Kodez as a Senior AWS Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, secure, and elegant cloud solutions for clients across consulting departments in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver software solutions that provide real value to clients.
  • Understand project scope and follow guidance from principal and lead consultants.
  • Contribute to technical recommendations covering infrastructure, identity management, security, scalability, concurrency, and maintainability.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide input while maintaining professionalism.
  • Write clean, elegant code and promptly elevate blockers.
  • Seek feedback and continuously improve through peer reviews and pull requests.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong experience in full‑stack engineering (e.g., TypeScript, React, Angular, .NET Core or similar).
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS CDK, Lambda functions).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, security, and scalability principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with secure payment gateway integrations and modern API‑based ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices.
  • Exposure to data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML concepts (data pipelines, model integration, cloud AI services).
