Senior Back End DFT Engineer at Graphcore.

We are looking for an experienced Back End DFT Engineer to join our Product Test and Diagnosis Department. The role requires an understanding of DFT structures and strategies used in next-generation AI processors, as well as generating test patterns to meet coverage, quality, and power budget targets. Test patterns will be targeted at a range of target test systems throughout the product life cycle: Wafer Sort, Final Test, Board Test, System Test and In-Field. The ideal candidate will have a DFT or ATE Test Engineering background and a pragmatic, hands-on approach in a fast-changing environment.

The Product Test and Diagnostics team detects and manages hardware defects that arise from manufacture and use of our products, spanning chips, boards and finished systems, across manufacturing sites and in the field.
