Role Overview:


The Senior Back-Office Officer plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of operational processes within the company. This role involves overseeing client onboarding, account management, KYC verification, transaction processing (including deposits and withdrawals), and supporting both the Compliance and Sales departments to ensure seamless internal coordination and regulatory adherence.



Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and compliant with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

•Review and validate KYC documentation in accordance with AML/CFT regulations and internal compliance frameworks.

•Open and maintain client accounts using the CRM system, ensuring timely data input and integrity.

•Handle incoming and outgoing deposit and withdrawal requests, ensuring proper verification, documentation, and timely execution in alignment with company policies.

•Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing of all client documentation post-compliance review.

•Work closely with the Sales team to ensure client information is current and properly reflected across systems.

•Support the Compliance team with data retrieval for transaction monitoring, account reviews, and audits.

•Conduct periodic reviews of client files to confirm completeness, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

•Remain informed and updated on changes in regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.

•Assist in preparing internal reports and participate in audits when required.

•Provide mentorship or guidance to junior officers within the team and contribute to ongoing process improvements.



Requirements:



•Knowledge of MT4 /MT5 Platforms/Managers is a must.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.

•Minimum 2+ years of experience in back-office operations, preferably within the financial services or capital markets sector.

•Proven experience handling deposit and withdrawal operations, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

•Strong written and verbal communication(English language is a must).
•Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

•Flexible to work in different shifts and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

•Familiar with CRM systems
