We’re Hiring | Senior Backend Developer (Python)
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django (or FastAPI), along with a solid foundation in engineering fundamentals. You will design and build scalable backend systems, integrate diverse platforms, and ensure our products are reliable, performant, and future-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Lead system integrations with third-party APIs, internal services, and external platforms.
- Apply strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems to solve complex problems.
- Optimise databases and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python (Django / FastAPI).
- Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, system design, scalability, networking basics.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, third-party services).
- Hands-on experience with databases and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong debugging, optimisation, and problem-solving skills.
Where You’ll Work:
- Hybrid role based out of Indore.
- Primarily WFH, with office visits as per team requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
- Strong foundation in backend concepts, system design, and cloud deployment.
- Hands-on experience across the complete product development lifecycle.
- Ability to contribute as an individual contributor and mentor or guide junior team members when needed.
- Clear, structured, and confident communication style.
