We are seeking a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer (6–8 years' experience) for a full-time contract role
based in Mumbai (occasional travel), responsible for building and operating the core
AI/ML-powered backend systems that power BharatIQ's consumer experiences at scale.
This is not a learning-on-the-job ML role—candidates must have proven experience delivering MLadjacent
production systems such as RAG/retrieval pipelines, embeddings, ranking, feature services, and
