The team is focused on building the intelligence layer behind modern tech stacks, combining backend systems, data pipelines, and AI‑assisted reasoning to help companies design and evolve their architectures over time.

Job Description

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and own core backend services that ingest, model, and reason about system and architecture data.
• Build scalable, fault‑tolerant backend systems that operate under real‑world constraints such as scale, latency, and partial failure.
• Develop services that model relationships, dependencies, and system behavior to power insights and recommendations.
• Take systems from 0→1, then evolve and harden them as the platform scales.
• Collaborate closely with product and AI engineers to integrate backend systems with AI‑assisted workflows.
• Own operational outcomes including deployment, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to technical standards, architectural decisions, and long‑term system health.

Job Requirements

• 3–8 years of backend engineering experience with clear growth, ownership, or internal promotion.
• Proven experience building and operating production‑grade backend systems.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and systems design.
• Experience working with data at scale, including asynchronous or event‑driven architectures.
• Experience in startup or ambiguous environments, with demonstrated 0→1 work.
