**We're Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer!**
**Location**: Remote (LATAM)
**Engagement Length**: 6-12 months (possibility of extension).
**Hours**: Full-time (40 hours/week) with 2+ hours overlap in PST.
**Notice Period**: 2 weeks only.
**Key Skills Required**:
7+ years of experience in **AWS**, **Python**, and **Golang**.
Strong expertise in **system design**, scalability, and latency optimization.
Experience migrating services from **Python to Go** (mandatory).
Proficiency in **Kubernetes**, **Postgres**, **Redis**, and tools like **Grafana**.
Familiarity with testing, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
