Role Overview

We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers to build and scale robust backend systems that power Technosport’s digital platforms, internal systems, and high-growth omni-channel operations.

Key Responsibilities

●      Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs

●      Build and maintain microservices for high-traffic applications

●      Ensure performance, reliability, security, and scalability

●      Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams

●      Lead technical design discussions and define best practices

●      Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews

Required Skills & Experience

●      4+ years of backend development experience

●      Strong proficiency in Go / Node.js / Python

●      Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure,primary stack

●      Hands-on experience with microservices and API design

●      Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL)

●      Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and automation
