Senior Backend Engineer

As we expand these capabilities, we’re strengthening our architecture and introducing new patterns to support scale and speed. We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer who enjoys solving real product challenges, shaping reliable systems, and helping a team level up.

Your work will influence how our backend grows — improving performance, modularity, and developer experience — while delivering new features that matter to our customers.

What You’ll Work On
 

• Build backend features using Node.js / NestJS with clean, scalable patterns

• Improve backend structure, modularity, and data flows

• Implement API endpoints and business logic with clarity and maintainability

• Review code and guide engineers toward better patterns

• Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI teams to design efficient solutions

• Identify small improvements that increase developer velocity

• Strengthen error handling, validation, and domain clarity across the backend

• Help the team avoid new tech debt while delivering fast
   

Requirements

• Strong experience with NestJS

• Deep understanding of backend architecture patterns:
  

  • Modular monolith

  • Service + repository layering

  • Dependency injection

  • DTOs & validation

• Solid experience designing reliable, high-quality APIs

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-organization skills

• Ability to guide other developers and establish patterns

• Experience with PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

• Experience improving backend performance or resolving bottlenecks

• Experience in event-driven or modular architectures

• Experience in AI-powered products (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
