Senior Backend Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power modern web and mobile applications.
You will work closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable backend services and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop backend services and APIs
· Build scalable and maintainable application architecture
· Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
· Optimize applications for performance and reliability
· Integrate third-party services and APIs
· Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
· Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
· Troubleshoot and debug production issues
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Java, Python, or similar backend technologies
Experience with backend frameworks (NestJS, Django, Spring Boot, etc.)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with version control systems (Git)
