Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Drive the design, implementation, and deployment of mission-critical features, moving fluidly between Java backends and C++ core engines.
Lead the creation of low-level design documents and technical specifications for cross-functional projects.
Profile and optimize code at the machine level (C++) and the virtual machine level (Java) to ensure sub-millisecond latency and efficient resource usage.
Conduct deep-dive code reviews to ensure adherence to SOLID principles; provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers.
Leverage Python or Go to build internal tools, test frameworks, or sidecar services that improve developer productivity and system reliability.
