About the Role

As a Senior Backend / Fullstack Engineer in the Integrations team, you are at the heart of Tellent’s ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for building the bridges between our products (Recruitee, HR, Grow) and the external tools our customers love - from job boards and payroll systems to AI assessment tools.

While this role is primarily focused on backend development (Elixir), you'll have the chance to contribute to the frontend (TypeScript/React) to create seamless and reliable integration experiences. You are not just a coder; you are a product-oriented engineer who cares about how an integration solves a real-world HR problem.

Your 12-Month Journey
