As a Senior Bartender, the Employee shall perform the following duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Lead the bar team and act as a role model in professionalism, service, and teamwork
- Proactively support the owner and management team in achieving operational goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Supervise and assist with restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Handle complex guest requests and complaints with professionalism
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Train and mentor new bar staff as needed
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
. Additional Duties
The Employee agrees to perform any reasonable additional duties related to the position as requested by the manager or supervisor, including but not limited to assisting in other areas of the restaurant during busy shifts, events, or staff shortages.
