Responsibilities

  • Expand key merchants in the region to improve platform supply quality
  • Gain deep understanding of merchant needs and develop growth plans
  • Optimize strategies through data-driven insights to increase transactions and repeat purchases
  • Lead business negotiations and drive partnership implementation
  • Maintain relationships with key merchants and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency
  • Achieve regional business targets
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
  • Experience in team management or cross-department project management is a plus
  • Excellent business negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and market insight
  • Strategic thinking and ability to solve complex problems
  • Highly self-driven, resilient under pressure, and able to drive business in a fast-changing environment
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Fluent in English and/or Chinese (depending on city requirements)
