Expand key merchants in the region to improve platform supply qualityGain deep understanding of merchant needs and develop growth plansOptimize strategies through data-driven insights to increase transactions and repeat purchasesLead business negotiations and drive partnership implementationMaintain relationships with key merchants and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiencyAchieve regional business targetsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fieldsExperience in team management or cross-department project management is a plusExcellent business negotiation, communication, and influencing skillsStrong data analysis capabilities and market insightStrategic thinking and ability to solve complex problemsHighly self-driven, resilient under pressure, and able to drive business in a fast-changing environmentFamiliarity with the local market and industry trendsWillingness to travel as requiredFluent in English and/or Chinese (depending on city requirements)
