A successful Senior BDM should have:
- Strong knowledge of the modular construction sector.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and business development roles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
