A successful Senior BDM should have:


  • Strong knowledge of the modular construction sector.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales and business development roles.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

  • English fluency 100%
