ABOUT THE ROLE

Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn a hyper‑growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients. Reporting to the Global VP you’ll scale a world‑class Account Development organization globally representing the Talent and Revenue engine of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the global GTM for Account Development at Fever for Business across the top and middle of the funnel
  • Scale the Account Development function by hiring onboarding & developing high‑potential ADRs and AD Managers. Coaching certification is a strong plus
  • Shape the future of Fever for Business as part of the global Leadership team
