About the role

AGL’s Transformation Office is seeking an established Senior Business Improvement Advisor . Based in Melbourne or Adelaide, you will be the subject matter expert for enabling operational excellence enterprise-wide and shaping our transformation strategy. You will lead innovation, identify inefficiencies and pursue sustainable improvements. By building trust, credibility and delivering practical solutions to strategic priorities, you will work closely with teams across the business while advising executive leadership on best transformation practice.
