Senior BI Engineer

Summary

We're looking for a Senior BI Engineer to take technical ownership of our finance data platform within THG. This high‑impact role requires a passion for data architecture, modern tooling, and enabling the business through data‑driven decision‑making. As a technical lead within the Finance Data Team you will mentor engineers, shape our BI ecosystem, and guide our migration to cloud‑based, AI‑ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale data projects across infrastructure, reporting, and architecture streams.
• Own and continuously improve our BI platform (SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, Superset, Tableau).
• Mentor and support team members, review code, and set engineering standards.
• Design and implement scalable data models and efficient ETL pipelines.
