Senior BIM Coordinator (Structural)

Job Description Summary
The Senior BIM Coordinator reports to the BIM Manager as a project team member and assists in interacting with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop and analyze the virtual construction process (Specifically the Structural/ Architectural components) to maximize BIM efficiency, job cost savings, as well as enhance the quality of project documentation & delivery.
General Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project BIM execution plans to the latest internationally recognized BIM Standards.
• Lead BIM coordination and collaboration with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Communicate with the BIM Manager requirements for new API tools to optimize workflows and increase project quality and profitability.
