Job Title

Experience

7–8 years of experience in BIM modeling

(Architectural background preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior BIM Modeler responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary BIM models. The role ensures clash-free, accurate, and high-quality BIM deliverables to support efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Architectural BIM models
• Coordinate Structural and MEP BIM models
• Prepare LOD 300–400 BIM models as per project requirements
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
• Generate coordinated GFC / IFC drawings and BIM outputs
• Support quantity take-offs (QTO) and BIM-based BOQs
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and project specifications
• Guide junior BIM modelers and draftsmen as required

Software Skills

• Revit Architecture (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Revit Structure & MEP
• Navisworks Manage
• AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (preferred)
• OR
• Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• BIM certification preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Ability to resolve clashes and manage models independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
