Job Title
Senior BIM Modeler (Architecture / Multidisciplinary – Arch, Structure & MEP)
Experience
7–8 years of experience in BIM modeling
(Architectural background preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior BIM Modeler responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary BIM models. The role ensures clash-free, accurate, and high-quality BIM deliverables to support efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Architectural BIM models
Coordinate Structural and MEP BIM models
Prepare LOD 300–400 BIM models as per project requirements
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
Generate coordinated GFC / IFC drawings and BIM outputs
Support quantity take-offs (QTO) and BIM-based BOQs
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and project specifications
Guide junior BIM modelers and draftsmen as required
Software Skills
Revit Architecture (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Revit Structure & MEP
Navisworks Manage
Auto CAD
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (preferred)
OR
Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
BIM certification preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Ability to resolve clashes and manage models independently
Strong communication and coordination skills
