To support the effective delivery of medium-complexity BIM and CAD modelling projects, we are looking for a Senior BIM Modeller to join our Geoservices division. In this role, you will apply knowledge and standard techniques to ensure the timely, high-quality completion of project tasks, while acting as a discipline leader and guiding others in your area of expertise. The Geoservices team working alongside our customers on some of most significant infrastructure projects.


Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and execute projects within the Geoservices point cloud BIM group.

  • Convert point clouds to precise BIM models using REVIT.

  • Model HVAC systems, pipe routes, and raceways to support multidisciplinary project needs.

  • Coordinate with team members in both India and Europe to acquire and synthesize information required for accurate BIM models.

  • Deliver professional activities by applying standard techniques and procedures within your specialist area, ensuring % project delivery.

  • Develop and mentor the Revit user community using methods and tools.

  • Champion innovation and best practices to continually advance the team’s capabilities.

    On top of that, you will have:

  • B.Tech or BE in Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering discipline.

  • 12+ years of professional experience in BIM and CAD modelling, demonstrating strong specialist expertise.

  • Demonstrable capability to lead discipline-specific modelling work and project teams.

  • Proficiency in advanced BIM and CAD platforms (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).

  • Experience with point cloud to BIM conversion and integrated MEP modelling.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
