Job Description
**What do I do?**
+ I Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
+ I Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modelling standards.
+ I Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS.
+ I Ensure coordination of all Model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines.
+ I Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
+ I Prepare the engineering drawings from the model that comprises of basic arrangements, layouts, profiles, sections etc
+ I prepare the Utility Corridors and Cross Sections based on the input data.
+ I Develop and extract 2D geometry from the models for internal reviews and coordination meetings.
+ I Prepare BIM package submissions in accordance with project standards and requirements.
+ I Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks.
+ I Coordinate work with the lead technical engineer, including taking responsibility for timely completion of deliverables.
+ I support the design team to make realistic what needs to be done in terms of design & Modeling.
+ I Produce Models/Drawings by following the client Standards & requirements.
+ I Produce the Models/Drawings by maintaining high quality with proper QA & QC
+ I will make sure the Client comments/instructions given are incorporated with in the Model & Drawings
+ I Prepare the Drawings, PDF, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, C3D Models, NWC, IFC & DWF’s for Submit to the Client.
+ I Prepare the Models / Drawings for Client submission with respective to the timeline.

The Modeler has responsibility for producing BIM Models, supporting to develop / update Engineering design drawings, Preparing the models & drawings ready to submit to the clients. The role is to work closely with the Design Engineer, CAD/BIM Coordinator to meet our client’s requirements.

My Expertise
+ BEng / Diploma / ITI or equivalent discipline with minimum 5 years of related experience. Electrical/Electrical& Electronics background will be preferable.
+ Proficiency in utilizing BIM standards and process and related modeling software (Auto CAD, Civil 3D & Revit) used to complete design assignments.
+ Good knowledge in Preparation of part Builder both Gravity & pressure networks.
+ Ability to produce CAD, PDF, NWC, IFC, DWF from the C3d models,
+ Ability to generate Clash report, able do clash checking, resolving based on the reports and viewpoints.
+ Proficient knowledge in terms Dry Utilities & capable to read all related items Electrical/telecom/Street Lighting/Pumping station/Substation
+ Understanding / capable to coordinate and work with Design engineers.
+ High performing ability to work and integrate into multi-disciplinary teams and work independently. Ensuring your work is to the highest appropriate standards and in compliance with WSP quality systems and standards.
+ Energetic and enthusiastic, with the desire to take on extra responsibilities and constantly upskilling team and oneself.
+ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
