Responsibilities
- Prepare the Electrical services modeling work
- Experienced in Containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm & detection, Security & access modeling
- Prepare MEP 3D Revit coordinated models
- Setting up BIM models to the project standards and liaising with Model Managers from client side.
- Implement best practices on process Improvement works.
- Adopt new technology and implementing in the team and process.
- Create work sets, work-sharing methodologies in Revit Models.
- Flag resource concerns in advance to CAD/BIM manager.
- Project delivery responsibility on agreed schedules.
- Preparing plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
- Agree priorities and deadlines for drawing/model production with CAD/BIM Manager.
