Senior BIM Technician - MEP

+ Managing small, medium and large scale BIM Models for Mechanical, Electrical and PH services using Revit MEP by agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer, and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working
+ Swiftly able to switch on to working on AutoCAD for Preparing design drawings for MEP services depending on priority of works.
+ Working knowledge of data center projects is required.
+ Assisting CAD/BIM Manager in Estimation and Costing of CAD/BIM projects based on client's inputs.
+ Assisting CAD/BIM Manager in agreeing project schedule and delivery programme.
+ Setting up BIM models to the project standards and liaising with Model Managers from client side.
+ Liaison with project team members internal and client side.
+ Implement best practices on process Improvement works.
