About the Role

We are building an institutional-grade Real-World Asset (RWA) token. The role requires deep hands-on experience with ERC-3643 (T-REX framework), permissioned token standards, and oracle integrations on Polygon.

You will lead the smart contract architecture, development, testing, and deployment of RWA tokens representing real-world companies and assets, with strong emphasis on compliance, transfer restrictions, and regulator-friendly design.

Key Responsibilities

Smart Contract Development

• Design and implement ERC-3643 (T-REX) compliant smart contracts for RWA issuance.
• Implement Identity Registry, Trusted Issuers, Compliance Modules, and token logic.
• Configure and customize transfer restrictions (jurisdiction, investor type, lockups).

Blockchain & Protocol Architecture

• Deploy and manage smart contracts on Polygon PoS.
• Design upgradeable contract architecture using proxy patterns where applicable.
• Ensure gas efficiency, modularity, and long-term maintainability.

Oracle & External Data Integration

• Integrate Chainlink oracles for off-chain data such as NAV updates, corporate actions, or compliance signals.
• Implement oracle validation, update frequency control, and fallback mechanisms.

Security & Compliance

• Implement role-based access control (issuer, compliance admin, transfer agent).
• Build pause, freeze, forced transfer, and recovery mechanisms.
• Prepare contracts for third-party security audits.

Testing & Deployment

• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Use Hardhat or Foundry for testing and deployments.
• Manage multi-environment deployments (testnet and mainnet).

Collaboration

• Work closely with legal, compliance, and product teams.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into enforceable on-chain logic.
• Support audit documentation and regulator-facing technical explanations.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 4+ years of blockchain development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity.
• Hands-on experience with ERC-3643 (T-REX framework).
• Experience deploying smart contracts on Polygon or EVM-compatible chains.
• Experience with Chainlink oracle integrations.
• Strong understanding of permissioned tokens, transfer restrictions, and investor identity frameworks.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with security tokens or RWA platforms.
• Familiarity with regulated crypto products and compliance-driven design.
• Experience supporting smart contract audits.
