Budget: $130,000-$150,000 USD

Location: Europe (anywhere in the EU)

Team: Innovation & Core Protocol Engineering

Level: Senior / Technical Lead

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and contribute to core protocol engineering , working with innovation prototypes to production-ready systems
  • Develop and maintain EVM-based blockchain stacks (Polygon, Chain STK, or similar) using Golang ; Rust is a plus
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to review, improve, and stabilize code bases for testnet deployment
  • Work on distributed systems architecture , microservices deployment, and blockchain execution layers
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, explaining technical decisions and connecting innovation findings to the wider team
