The Bookkeeper & Data Entry Control Operator will be responsible for a range of tasks to help clients deliver timely service of financial information to internal and external stakeholders. The core focus is to record, monitor, and make timely adjustments to financial transactions within our ERP platform, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Recording and monitoring sales and purchases of inventories on the ERP platform
• Effective monitoring of inventory costs
• Processing accounts payable tasks, including data entry of billings and reconciliations
• Processing accounts receivable tasks, including invoices and reconciliations
• Entering and processing payroll
• Reviewing and tidying client data files in preparation for annual tax compliance
