This position focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing large-language-model (LLM) chatbots that troubleshoot technical problems and answer complex questions related to RingCentral’s suite of communication products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and customer support teams to integrate the chatbot with APIs, systems, and databases, and continuously improve its performance.
