Dewberry is seeking a Senior Bridge Project Engineer for its New York, NY office. The team player we seek must have a BS/MS degree in Structural Engineering and 10+ years of experience delivering NYSDOT, MTA, PANYNJ and NYCDOT projects as a project engineer and project manager. Current state of practice for design-build projects coupled with accelerated bridge construction techniques are preferred. The successful candidate will lead and manage the design of simple and complex bridges (primarily of steel and concrete construction) and a variety of transportation related structures (retaining walls, culverts, sign structures and other miscellaneous structures) using applicable software. Bridge design work encompasses new and replacement bridges, bridge widening, and bridge rehabilitation.
