This team drives digital transformation through agile delivery of proprietary digital technology solutions that enhance automation, reduce manual processes, and improve client engagement.

- Act as a subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders across investment products and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using various elicitation techniques.
- Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Partner with agile squads throughout the software development lifecycle, including system testing, UAT, and validation of new features.
