Stark Tech is actively looking for a Senior Building Controls Technician.
How do you excel in this position
You should be able to conduct semi-complex maintenance tests, and analyze existing BAS systems. Advise Project Managers, technicians, and external providers on issue resolutions. Interpret mechanical drawings. Configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices. Load, test, and confirm communication among BAS controllers. Perform system check-out, commissioning, and document results. Assist lead technician during owner training. Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance business prospects.
What are we looking for
+ Five (5) years of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
