This role is for a Building Surveyor who wants meaningful responsibility, interesting work, and clients who value judgement — not just process. You will join a well-established, busy, Building Consultancy team in Leeds with a strong commercial client base, including institutional investors and major occupiers such as M&G, Legal & General, Aviva, Indurent, Royal London, Abrdn, Barclays and P&G. You will work directly with clients, take ownership of instructions, and see your advice influence real decisions.
