Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders in Group Consumer Financial Services to align analytics initiatives with key business priorities, including pricing, product, marketing, and channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, CRM, data science, and channels) to design and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to embed a test-and-learn culture.
  • Deliver actionable insights in pricing optimization, product portfolio rationalization, campaign effectiveness, and customer value management.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and feedback loops to track performance, refine models, and ensure continuous improvement.
