8-15 years of Experience.

•Master’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.

•Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•This role requires good client-facing skills.

•Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the alternative asset and capital market with a focus on Private Credit and Private Equity Fund Operations.

•Strong Expertise in using SQL for data analysis.

•Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like Fund Accounting (Investran,) MDM tool (Semarchy), and Salesforce CRM.

•Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

•Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in fund accounting and reporting.

•A good knowledge of any ALM tool like JIRA, Rally, Azure Boards etc.
