Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Business Analyst consultants to support several key transformation initiatives with one of our public sector clients. These initiatives span Asset Management, Procurement, Asset Data Migration, and Asset Warehousing operations.

This role is ideal for consultants with strong business-process analysis, client-facing facilitation, and ITIL-aligned service management experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand current-state processes, define future-state requirements, and support the development of documentation, SOPs, and operational improvements.
