Role Title
Senior Business Analyst (ERP)
Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end business analysis, functional process design, and documentation ownership for building/implementing an ERP platform for an IT Services company, including multi-country localizations and multi-tenant operating model requirements—starting from scratch through discovery, baseline, build support, UAT, and go-live.
Reporting & Governance
- Reports to: Program Manager / ERP Product Owner / Head of Applications
- Key interfaces: Finance, Delivery/PMO, Sales/Ops, Procurement, HR (if in scope), Regional country leads, Solution Architect, QA, Data/Integration
- Accountability: Requirements baseline, RTM ownership, sign-offs, change impact analysis, UAT enablement
