Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a challenging project! 

What you'll do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for functional queries from users and IT teams;

• Diagnose and address functional issues arising from daily operations;

• Maintain detailed documentation of system issues, root causes, and resolutions;

• Engage with business users to discuss and refine requirement specifications;

• Define and document business and user requirements effectively;

• Manage system modifications to align with business expectations;

• Develop and adjust reports/data extractions using SQL and internal tools;

• Document business workflows, write detailed requirement specifications (use cases, flow diagrams, etc.), and confirm them with stakeholders;
