We are looking for a  Business Analyst who is also a Customer Success Champion.

• Work directly with enterprise clients

• Understand their learning and business problems

• Translate those needs into product requirements

• Own onboarding, adoption, and success metrics

• Continuously feed customer insights back into the product roadmap
