Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
• 7 to 9 years of proven experience as Senior business analyst role.
• Experience in order 2 cash, procure to pay, payments or insurance domain specialist.
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within Proven analytical abilities
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio, JIRA confluence, Aha etc.
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
